土曜日の夜22時過ぎに訪問。先客5名、後客5名。カウンターには空きがあったもののワンオペなので捌ける分に入店を絞っているようです。まあ、夜中だし仕方ないですね。駐車場は無いのでコインパーキング利用です。

仕事終わりが夜中になり、22時以降でも空いてるお店を探してこちらへ。土浦駅近くの飲み屋が多い場所なので遅くまで空いてるんですね。テーブル席は盛り上がってました。
スープは黄金色に透き通ってます。綺麗です。
あっさりに見えますが豚の旨味がしっかりです。
中太のちぢれ麺は平打ち手揉。美味しい。
トッピングはワンタン、チャーシュー、メンマ、ネギ少々。
ワンタンの皮はツルモチ。
餡はほとんど入ってないけど濃い味です。
チャーシューはいずれも柔らかです。
人気店龍介さんプロデュースだそうです。
飲みの〆にも良さそうです。
