I heard that Tsuchiura Station had changed, so I decided to take a look. In a space like a cafe in a food court, there were Chinese restaurants, tarts, coffee shops, etc., and I chose Chinese food that looked like it would be good. The efficient work at the counter was great. My partner ordered Tantanmen and I ordered yulin chicken. I got a buzzer, secured a seat, and waited. The interior of the restaurant uses a lot of wood, and the tables are spaced apart, but once the corona is over and it's full, it may be cramped. I wasn't called in very long. Rice, soup, and tea are self-service. I'm glad that I can choose the amount of rice. Of course, I can have more. The yulin chicken is served on top of shredded cabbage with dressing. The dressing is not too strong, so it's easy to eat. The green onions in the sauce are not spicy, and you can feel the good preparation. The seasoning is not too light or too strong, and it's delicious. It's a taste that goes well with rice. The garnish of Ibaraki Prefecture cucumbers with salt and sesame oil was simple and good. It was a hearty meal, and with my partner's help, we finished it all. The rice was cooked just right, and the soup was simple but tasty. Apparently Tantanmen were also delicious. For a food court in the station, this was plenty tasty. The work was done carefully, and I'd like to stop by again if I have the chance. Thank you for the meal♪
