I visited the chain restaurant "Yadaizushi" in Yamato-cho, Tsuchiura City (^ ^)ノ For some reason, there are fewer and fewer Sushi in Tsukuba/Tsuchiura, and it seems like they're having happy hour, so I decided to go there. I had Tempura tempura and my favorite, red bean liver. So of course I ordered it♪♪ First, the red bean liver was brought to me, and I immediately began to eat it! ︎ Oh, I wasn't expecting much because it's a chain restaurant, but it was delicious (^O^)!! ︎ And 5 pieces of sashimi!! ︎ This is tuna, salmon, squid, sweet shrimp, maybe yellowtail♪♪ THE・It was normal (lol) And it was exciting! Squid Tempura half size (^ ^)♪♪ I said half, but it was quite large. It was full ( ﾟдﾟ) This also included various parts from the body to the ears, which surprised me ( ﾟдﾟ)!! ︎ Now, let's make some nigiri (^O^)!! ︎ I ordered ・Large tuna × 2 ・Medium tuna × 1 ・Engawa × 2 ・Yellowtail × 2 ・Aji × 2 ・Toro salmon × 2 ・Conger eel × 2 ・Bluefin tuna × 1 ・Sea urchin × 2 ♪♪ My impressions are: Toro uses better products than I expected. Overall, it wasn't too bad... However, the lean bluefin tuna was of a quality that made me wonder, ``Is this bluefin Conveyor belt sushi?!ﾟдﾟ)!! ︎ The grip itself held properly, well, I would say it was better than the 100 yen store, but it felt like there was a mix of good and bad points. After subtracting the good and bad points, well, since it's a chain, I guess that's how I would rate it. The drinks are 3x Namachu, sake from a special bar's lemon sour... ・Shochikubai Gokai Barrel Sake (Kyoto Prefecture, Takara Shuzo) ・Shintanba Namazo Dry (Hyogo Prefecture, Ozeki Co., Ltd.) to finish! ︎ It might be convenient for happy hour and snacking on chocolate (^ ^)!! ︎ Thank you for the meal (^O^)ノ
