かすみがうら市上稲吉の『カスミ食堂』のメニューに、がてんラーメンが加わり『がてんラーメンカスミ食堂』へ店名が変更されたようです
営業時間も、以前は朝7:00〜24:00までの通し営業だったのが、24時間営業ななっていました
不規則なお仕事をされている方や、深夜に行動する方には重宝しそうですね
さて券売機へ
・生姜焼き＆エビフライ定食〜1000円
チケットを購入すると、厨房へ注文が自動的に入るので、そのまま席へ向かいます
少ししてチケットの番号が呼ばれたら、セルフで料理を取りに行きます
生姜焼きにエビフライが3本、良くも悪くもメニューの写真の通りですね
早速いただきましょう
まずはエビフライ、勿論既製の冷凍物でしょうが、揚げたて熱々なので問題なし
生姜焼きはちゃんと注文から炒めています。タレがしみたキャベツの千切りといただきましょう
小鉢はひじきとキャベツの浅漬け、ひじきは業務用かな、まあでもそれも予想通りですね
ご飯は千葉県産コシヒカリを毎日精米して、ガス炊きしているって書いてあったけど、そんな感じはしなかったですね
ただそこも予想の範囲内なので問題はなし
24時間いつでも温かい食事が出来る食堂ですから、細かい所は気にせずいただくのが正解だと思います
