土曜日11:45頃の訪問。
外待ち一組で着席かと思いきや、中待合席もあり、着丼まで40分近くありました。
食券で、
鶏と煮干し塩味 850円
和え玉④ 600円
を注文。
和え玉は種類が多く悩みましたが、特に珍しそうな
シラスとンドュイヤ(唐辛子と豚のペースト)
を選びました。
まずラーメンから着丼。
鶏と煮干し、という名前から、鶏の青湯と純煮干しの合わせスープを想像していましたが、煮干以外の節系が入っていそうな風味です。
特に魚油がたっぷり浮いており、食べても全然冷めないスープは、さっぱり系ではありませんが最後まで美味しく頂けました。
続いて和え玉ですが、前評判通り、パスタのような中華麺といった印象です。すごくイタリアンな和え玉が多い中、ンドュイヤはイタリアらしさとともに、どこかエスニックを感じるスパイスの味でした。強い味の中シラスもしっかり味が聞いていて、美味しく食べられましたが、ラーメンと併せるかと言われると、完全に別で食べるメニューと考えたほうがいいかもしれません。
