オープン以来2年ぶりの訪問。
イタリアン出身の店主のお店。
14時過ぎに伺うと待ち有り。
10分程で案内。
店内は カウンター10席のみ
着丼
スープを一口。
塩気が抑えめで円やかな飲み口。
煮干しの良い香りが穏やかに広がり 煮干しのエグ味も無く 鶏の旨味とのバランスが相まった上質なスープ。
美味しい〜。
つい飲み続けてしまう。
麺は「浅草開化楼」の細めのストレート麺。
歯切れが良く噛み応えがバツグンで スープとの絡みも良好な好みの麺。
具材は 2種類チャーシュー・メンマ・海苔・ネギ。
2種類チャーシュー美味。
関係は無いのだろが「鬼系」の様に「和え玉」とセットで食べるのが人気のお店。
