オシャレな外観、広い店内、ラーメン屋も変わったなあと実感しています。こうならないと女性客が来ないのかなぁと。L字型のカウンターに先客がびっしり。20分ほど待ちました。鳥と水(あっさり)味玉とメンマ あえ玉の紅ズワイガニをチョイス。1700円くらいかかり高いなあと感じながら待っていました。女性の店主が丁寧に仕事している様子を見ながらついに来ました。透明なスープは塩味のしっかりしたパンチがあり、とても美味しい。スープ、麺、トッピング全てに丁寧で美味しいです。スープを少し残し、あえ玉(紅ズワイガニ)を混ぜ混ぜ。濃厚な蟹味噌がたっぷり。びっくりするくらい美味い。スープにつけたり。強烈なインパクトのある美味しい、ラーメンでした。素晴らしい仕事ですね。
