土曜日の開店5分前に到着。先待ち6名で1巡目の入店でした。後は続々で退店時には中待ち8名。駐車場は店舗敷地にかなりの台数が停められます。

鬼者語さん、芛堂寺さん好きなので間違いないと期待を持っての訪問です。知ってはいたのですがなかなか来る機会がなく。お店の雰囲気は系列で統一された良い感じ、そして広々してます。重厚な扉もですね。
つけ汁は鶏清湯の醤油にネギと糸唐辛子。
醤油の旨味と甘味が美味しい。
麺は細麺。こちらも美味しいけど、スープとの絡みは少し弱い感じがします。
トッピングは豚と鶏のチャーシュー、メンマ、お洒落なフラワー、追加の味玉。
豚チャーシューは少ししょっぱめ。
鶏チャーシューは大きくてプルプルで美味しい。
麺は200gで注文したのですが、着丼時は少な目な見た目をしてました。大皿の中央が窪んでいるからなんですね。食べ進んでちょっと得した気分。盛り付け、見た目へのこだわりもさすがです。
