□2月20日 初訪問
12:40入店すると照明は抑え気味で割と広く、地元の人気店なのでしょう、先客は10人くらいで活気があります。パーティションで個々を仕切られたカウンターに、お好きなところへどうぞと案内されました。
☆カツカレー＊ご飯少な目 (1,080円)
事前情報でデフォルトは盛りが良いようなので、ご飯は軽めにお願いしました。
8分で着膳しましたが、大き目なトンカツでその上には又大き目な角煮状の豚キューブが3〜4個あるカレーがかかってるタイプ。トンカツに直接カレーをかけてるのは、あんまり好きでは無いんだよね。
気持ち程度の量の千切りキャベツを先に食べ、カレーをフォークでご飯の方に移動さてつつ食べ進めますが、ロースの下処理、そして油切りがしっかりされていないように見えます。豪快というか大雑把な調理でも悪く無い場合が多いですが、ロースの下処理と揚げの油切りはしっかりとして欲しいと思います。
カレーは辛みが弱い中辛程度なので七味をしっかり振りかけて自分でカスタマイズしますが、カレーに七味かけは初めての試みです。食べ終わり頃になると、おっ！辛いぞ⁉︎となり、自分の口に丁度良かったです。
カツの脂、角煮風の脂、揚げ油と三拍子の摂取で、ディープなランチとなりました。
