位置は地図参照。
「フルーツライン」と県道7号線の交差点に程近く、駐車場は店舗両脇に10数台分を確保。
車でのアクセスは良好です。
蕎麦は、挽きぐるみな田舎の1種。大盛りをいただきました。
暗灰色な細打ちの蕎麦は、黒い星が散在。
冷やし適度、水切りは．．．堆く盛り付けたのがアダでイマイチ。
切り大雑把、端切れそれなり。
喉越し不良。短いのばかりで、強く啜ると気管直撃数回。
コシは並み。
風味は流石。
「常陸秋そば使用店」の錦旗が翻ってました。
量は他店２枚分で、Ｃ／Ｐウルトラハイ。
ちなみに、並盛りは無く大盛りのみ。
つゆは中濃甘口。
ダシ、コク、キレ．．．特徴無し。
猪口直注ぎ。
