I've been interested in this restaurant because many people who write reviews on Tabelog have been there, so I decided to check out the restaurants in the Motoishioka area, and today I went to Yamahira. Many restaurants around here don't have parking, so I parked in the paid parking lot in front of the post office and walked there. It's easy to find if you go to the north side of the station. When I got there, there was a parking space, and it seems that I could park there if I timed it right. When I went inside the restaurant, there was only one other group of customers, so it wasn't crowded yet. As usual, I ordered the standard soba restaurant, Mori Soba, and waited about 10 minutes, and it came out. It was about 130 to 40g? It was Hitachi Aki Soba Nippachi, Edo-style thin noodles. The texture was soft and I could hardly feel it. It was 600 yen per portion. In terms of soba-making technique, it's 2.8, the buckwheat flour itself is 3.0, and the soup, which seems to be pre-made, is 2.5. The sweetness is killed, there is no bonito flavor at all, it has a slightly sour taste, and it has an unpleasant taste. It seems that this is a restaurant that mainly serves dinner. It seems that daytime customers come for the lunch set. It seems that this is a long-established restaurant that has been doing well up to this day, focusing mainly on banquets rather than the soba itself. It's near the station, after all. Thank you for the meal.
