「石岡駅前の山平が新しくなった」という話は、新聞などで知っていましたが、親戚の新築祝いが山平で開かれることになり、大安の土曜日に行って来ました。
まずは、建物が素敵！ 和のつくりが料亭の雰囲気を醸し出しています。小路を通って二階へ上がるのですが何とも言えぬ、非日常空間です。高級感も溢れていて期待が高まりました。
座敷には、和室用の椅子が並べられてあり、ホッとしました。…正座は、正直、苦手です。おばあちゃん達は椅子に腰かけてみて「背もたれが動くし、幅がゆったりしていて、とても楽だ」と喜んで「孫の七五三はここに決めた」と言っていました。
肝心のお料理…先附、お造り、焼き物、揚げ物、煮物、食事、果物 献立のお品書きを記念に持って帰りました(#^.^#)本物の世界遺産、和食です。山平らしさも、食事のかきあげそばに残っていて懐かしかったです。
石岡のまちなかの老舗、山平さんに、がんばってほしいです！！！

ゴ－ルデンウィ－ク、久しぶりに会った友達とお邪魔しました。レディがファミレスというわけにもいかないので(笑）ここは地元の老舗を選んだという次第です。
店内は、大盛況！！ 同じ狙いで訪ずれたと思われるちょっと上の客層と見受けました。良い意味での住み分けだと納得しました。2階では、法事、多分、様子からして3回忌と言う感じが行われている。入口が別なので、2階へは1階の私達に顔を見られずに上がれる構造…なるほど納得の造り！！
感心しつつ、私たちは4人で『山平ランチ』1480円を注文。前菜３種と海鮮丼とお蕎麦、デザ－トまで付いていました。文句無しです。ゆっくりおしゃべりをして、楽しいひと時を過ごしました。お得です！！！

『ちょこっとＢ級祭り』というキャッチフレ―ズに惹かれて、いつもの４人組で出掛けてきました。『大きいやきり』、『貝のマヨネ―ズ焼き』、どれも他店とは、ワンランク上の手創り感があります。特に、『まぐろ三昧』はボリュ－ムも味もビック！！！ いつもの和食の高級感プラス、文字通りのちょこっと庶民の好きな料理が楽しめました。…４人で『赤霧島』ボトル１本、空けました。
とっても、気に入りました。2階の宴会場は40名まで大丈夫だと分かったので、今度の同窓会は、駅から近いこのお店でと4人で意見が合いました。
