15年くらい前に食べた、大きめの餃子も食べたくなり、「珍來小美玉店」に入りまして、メニューから、人気の"岩のり塩ラーメン(870円)"と"餃子(400円)"を注文して、8分程でラーメンが着丼、その後3分程で餃子が出されました。
岩のり塩ラーメンは、岩のりの多さにビックリ‼️汁に浸かると、岩のりがふやけて、真っ黒w
麺は中細の縮れ麺で、やや加水率が高め。モチっとしていますが、小麦の風味はあまり感じられないです。
スープはガラスープベースですが、岩のりの塩気の方が勝り、塩ラーメン単独の旨味が分かりません(^^;
業務感満載なメンマは量は多く、あと豚バラチャーシューは、ちょっと煮過ぎて風味が落ちてるかな？
ま、ラーメンはあまり美味しいって言えないけど、岩のりのインパクトは面白いです♫
15年くらいぶりに食べる餃子は、ちょっと皮がふにゃっしてますが、中の餡はジュワジュワァ〜としていて、一つが、大きいので、食べ応えありますね！
※岩のりが半端ないんで、麺やチャーシューに絡む為、写真の見た目悪くてごめんなさいm(__)m
