平日のランチタイムに初訪店
先客は食事中のカップル１組のみ。
着席オーダーから５分程で着皿
頼んだメニューは
ソース焼きそば 550円の大盛り100円
具は細切りのキャベツと豚バラ肉、それと紅しょうが
キャベツは細切りで 麺との割合は１割
豚バラは 他店よりも多め。
焼きそばにありがちな
焼きすぎてパサパサになる事もなく
甘めのソースも程よい水分量を保っており
細めの麺と相性抜群。
久々に 当たりを引いた感じである。
再訪店決定です。
