凡百とある街イタリアンレベルではない。パスタには無駄にうるさい豚野郎が吠える。
茨城県石岡でのお仕事が早く終わり、ときわ号まで時間があるのでお昼ご飯は、駅の一階部分に併設されイタリアンフラッグが目についたこちらに。
思いつきで入る街のイタリアン、経験上「危険フラグ」が立つ｡
失敗が多いのです。
しかしこちらのお店「何か」を感じる。看板にあるメニューが全て手のかかるもので種類が多いから。
店内に入るとシェフが気軽に話しかけてくれ、和やかに時間が過ごせます。
モレッティビールとラグーのパスタをいただくことにしました。
ラグー煮込みは丹波産の肉とのこと。おそらく牛肉か鹿肉と思われます。
まずパスタ自体が旨い。
歯応え、甘み。素晴らしい｡本気が伝わります。
生パスタの茹で加減と加水加減がとても良くて、このパスタなら茹で上がったらオリーブオイルとチーズだけで楽しめそうなくらい。
そしてソースのバランス。
オリーブオイルとトリュフの香り。トマトの爽やかな酸味とラグー煮込み肉の濃厚な旨味｡
鹿肉なら臭みもなく美味しいです。
なかなか無いレベルのひと品を石岡駅で味わえるなんて。
ほんとに良い意味で裏切られた「街イタリアン」の良店発見でした。
