なぜフラミンゴが居るのか分からないけど茨城では定番？のお店らしい。
カニピラフとフラミンゴの色がピンクだから？
元旦にお邪魔したのでコミコミで予約無しだったため1時間ほど座って待ちました。
席についても料理はしばし待つとのこと。
コースにしてカニピラフとグラタンとカニクリームを選択。サラダやカルパッチョ、スープは意外にもすぐ到着。カニスープはクリーム系の方が好きかな。カニクリームコロッケもカニがしっかり入って美味しかった。
追加でソフトシュリンプの姿揚げを注文ー
脱皮後の柔らかいカニなので丸ごと食べれると噂に聞いていたけどまさかここで！割ると蟹味噌がとろーり！蟹味噌がじゅるり！うん、美味い！けど普段食べないエラなどもマルっと食べるので雑味があるので苦手な人は多いかも。
しばらく時間が空いて海老グラタンとカニピラフが到着。時間が空いたからお腹が溜まってきたけど、美味しくいただきました。カニピラフはカニの旨みがたっぷり。
食べれない分はパックして持ち帰れるようです。
