店内で焼きたてクレープ・ソフトクリーム・ケーキの飲食有。 |
いつも混み合っている印象なので、あまり行くことがない「サンタムール」さん。今回は他県に住む知人への手土産用の焼き菓子を購入するためにお邪魔しました。守谷の洋菓子店では知名度が高いため、こちらのお菓子をお土産にすると喜んでくれる方が多いです。せっかくなので、娘にケーキでも買って帰ろうと選んだケーキは下記になります。
○シャインマスカットのタルト 626円
タルト生地にカスタードクリーム、旬のシャインマスカットをたっぷり使ったタルトです。今年はシャインマスカットは皮が薄く、甘みが強い、良い出来だそうです。確かに食べてみると、例年よりも甘みが強く感じます。シャインマスカットの強い甘さをカスタードクリームがまろやかにしているように感じました。
○ブルーベリーチーズタルト 518円
下からタルト生地、クリームチーズのムース、ブルーベリーソース、ブルーベリーから成るタルト。生地の甘さとクリームチーズの酸味、ブルーベリーの甘酸っぱさがバランスよい美味しいタルトでした。
次回はカフェの方にお邪魔して、クレープなどを食べてみたいと思います。
