茨城県守谷市の新守谷にあるお洒落なセルフカフェが隣接するケーキ屋「サンタムール」さんに行ってきました。
守谷って久しぶりに来たのですが、昔と随分変わった気がします。
新守谷にこんな洒落たケーキ屋さん無かった。
さて、お店は結構混んでます。
カフェ利用の場合、まずケーキを買って、それをカフェの場所に持っていき、テーブルを確保、そのうえでケーキを買う場所とは別のカフェ専用の場所でコーヒーなど飲み物を買いに行く方式です。
コーヒーは紙カップです。
セルフで運んでセルフで片付けるみたいですね。
さて、選んだケーキは、
・フルーツロールケーキ(450円)
・カフェマロンヴェリーヌ(460円)
です。
これにコーヒー(345円)を付けました。
さて、席についてケーキを頂きます！
ロールケーキを一口パクリ･･･旨し！！〇
しっとり系の生地にほどよい甘さのロールケーキです。
フルーツはまぁ、こんなものかな。
そして、カフェマロンヴェリーヌ･･･旨し！！〇
栗が結構入ってますね。
こちらもコーヒーゼリーと程よい甘さの生クリームがマッチして美味しいです。
値段も高くないし、その割には大ぶりのケーキです。〇
セルフ方式はもう少しいいやり方があるのじゃないかな▲と思いつつ、雰囲気はとても良かったです。〇
