[Right next to Toride Station] Enjoy pork cutlets made with domestic brand pork in a Japanese atmosphere. Great for families too.
At Yamachu, you can enjoy carefully selected meat dishes. The specialty "Tonkatsu Set Meal" uses the soft and sweet "SPF Pork" and the juicy brand pork "Yumi Pork". The rice, miso, and cabbage are als |
In front of this restaurant, National Route 6 is quite busy, and there are always a lot of cars, so I was curious about this restaurant. I happened to have business in Ibaraki, and I remembered the restaurant as I passed by it, so I visited. I went there without knowing what it was that made it so popular, but when I looked at the menu, I saw that it was a restaurant that mainly serves Pork Cutlet and Hamburg. They have a wide variety of Pork Cutlet in particular. I ordered the salt Pork Cutlet set meal, which seemed like a good choice for me, who usually eats Pork Cutlet but doesn't use sauce lol. You can choose between white rice and bamboo shoot rice, and since I was there, I chose the bamboo shoot rice. By the way, as I found out when I ordered, the salt Pork Cutlet was loin, so if you prefer fillet, be careful. Well, first the salt was brought, and then the three types of salt arrived. Pork Cutlet that was served after that was very voluminous (^ ^) I tried it right away, and although it was loin, it wasn't oily and went very well with the salt! The pink salt had a strong salty taste, the Inca platinum tasted similar to basic salt, and the Himalayan black salt tasted a little like eggs. I recommended the Himalayan! I thought it was miso soup, but it was pork soup, not too thick or thin, and had a nice, comforting taste. There were two types of dressing, vegetable and onion, and I had both with a second helping of cabbage, and both were delicious. The bamboo shoot rice was delicious, of course, but I also had white rice with the pork cutlet, so I had Pork Cutlet helping of rice and was full (^ ^) There was a wide variety of dishes and many interesting ones. I would like to go again. Thank you for the meal.
