『武双庵』さんに行ってきました。
親びんが行ったことないと言うのでこちらに。
看板に『地粉』の文字。
こちらのお店は守谷産の常陸秋蕎麦を自家製粉しております。
遠めから眺めたときよりも、近くで見た方が雰囲気が良いですね。
こちらは舟盛りの提供もしていて、豪快に蕎麦を喰らうことも出来ますが、今回は一人前ずつで注文です。
私は最近マイブームと言うかバカの一つ覚えと言うべきか、とろろ系で『つけとろろそば大盛り』。
親びんは『天ざるそば』を選択。
待っている間に『守谷の登録事業者マップ』を物色。
知らないお店発見、「パークサイド都」。
ヨーグルトジェラートが食べれるそうな。
今度行ってみよう ^o^。
そうこうしているとお蕎麦が来ました。
わたしのとろろそばは、とろろは大和芋ですね。
ねばりがしっかりあります。
そばつゆは薄め。とろろにつゆを注ぐ。
蕎麦をつけて食べる。
『うぅん？ちょっと薄いかな』
そして、またつゆを足す。5回目で調整完了。
もう、蕎麦半分くらい食べちゃってました (^^;)。
でも、とろろ蕎麦は旨いですね (^o^)。
盛りはたっぷりでしたが完食です。
と思ったら、親びんは既に完食。
ほぼ同時の提供だったのに。。。
毎度のことながら早い。
『蕎麦は飲み物』と今日マイレビさんに伺った名言がふと思い起こされました。
無茶苦茶喋りたおして、黙食の私よりも早く完食。
親びんは『天ぷらも飲み物』かも (ﾟ∀ﾟ)。。。
