This is a Grilled offal restaurant on the second floor of a three-story building, a few minutes' walk from the east exit of Moriya Station. I went there with my wife for dinner the other day. The interior of the restaurant is quite neat and compact, with an L-shaped counter, two tables for four, and one raised tatami room. The restaurant is run by a few young people. First, we had a glass of draft beer while snacking on some edamame. We ordered a platter of shiro, nankotsu, tontoro, and sausage, and decided to have barley rice while grilling it on a shichirin. My wife had grated yam rice instead of barley rice. The shiro and nankotsu were cut into bite-sized pieces, and were chewy and full of meaty flavor. The offal was quite delicious, and it went down well with rice. I was full and satisfied after finishing my second bowl of barley rice. I would like to visit again if I have the opportunity.
