小絹にある居酒屋さんです。
先日、奥さんと一緒に夕食で伺いました。
店内は、入って正面にカウンター5席、左側にテーブル3つ、右側は小上がりの座敷になっています。
若い男性の店長さんと、女性の店員さん数名が慌ただしくお店を切り盛り。
私たちが入店すると、左奥の2人掛けのテーブル席に案内されます。
ここは後ろに冷蔵庫があって、ちょっと窮屈なところ。
さほど混んでいないので、無理やり奥から詰めなくても良いのでは？と思いつつ、席につきます。
メニューを見ると、「料理やメニューの写真撮影はお断りしております」、との記載。
レビューアーとしては残念。
看板には「からあげ専門店」とあり、メニューに唐揚げの記載はありますが、それ以外は普通の居酒屋メニューが一通り。
店員さんがバタバタしていて、注文するタイミングにやや困ります…。
鶏モモの唐揚げは、小、中、大の3サイズで、マヨネーズやからしは+\50のオプション。
折角なので中サイズを1つ注文します。
唐揚げ粉を付けて揚げたシンプルなもので、お店オリジナルのタレ2種に付けて頂きます。
さっぱりしていて悪くないですが、ちょっとタレが甘めですね。
なめたけおろしは、大根を荒くおろしてあり、大根の食感が楽しいですね。
明太チーズオムレツも、ふわふわでチーズの味がしっかり。
唐揚げは普通ですが、その他のメニューはどれもそこそこ美味しいと思いました。
食事を終え、周囲を眺めると、やはり店内はそれほど混んでおりません・・・。
もっとゆったりした席にしてくれても、と思いつつ会計を済ませます。
店員さんの感じは良く、お料理も全般的に美味しいのですが、細かい点を改善すればもっと良いお店になると思いました。
