こちらの「ぐうの音」さんは国道２９４号線から玉台橋を渡って１㎞程度道なりに進んだ右側にあります。以前からお店の前を通る度に、からあげ好きな私にとって「からあげ専門店」というネーミングがとっても気になっていたので行ってみました。相方とお店で待ち合わしていたので中に入ろうとドアを開けた途端、お店の方が気持ち良くお出迎えしてくれたので親しみが持てました。
お店の方にお勧めを聞いてみると「から揚げ」や「豚タン」が美味しいという事なのでこの２品と他３品を注文してみました。待ちに待ったから揚げが運ばれてくると、見た感じは衣がカラッと揚がっている感じでとても美味しそう期待が高まります。から揚げを食べてみると外はカラッとしていて中はジューシーな感じでしたが、味は特に美味しいとかいう事はなくいたって普通な感じでした。２種類のたれを一緒にだしてくれたので、それをつけて食べてみましたがこちらも特に美味しいとは感じませんでした。私は、からあげ専門店という看板に期待しすぎてしまったのでしょうか。
お酒に関しても、こちらの口コミを見るとこだわりの日本酒や焼酎を置いているとの事ですが、個人的には拘っている感じはしませんでした。ただ梅酒は７種類ぐらいあって、全部注文しましたがいろんな味が楽しめて良かったです。
お店の方の印象はとても親切でメニューなども丁寧に説明してくれますし好感はもてますが雰囲気はあまり良くなかったです。たまたま行った日が悪かったのかもしれませんが、お店は繁盛していて若いお客が多くうるさいのはしょうがないとは思いますが、カウンターのお客同士やテーブルで飲んでいる家族の子供さん達が一緒になりモンスターハンターを通信で協力対戦していたりと他店さんでは見れない光景があり、ここは飲み屋さんなのにこの人達は何をしに来ているのか不思議でしたが、特にお店の方が注意したりという事はないですし仲良く話をしていたりしているので、この光景は日常茶飯事なんだなと感じました。
残念ですが個人的にはとても落ち着いて飲める状況ではありませんでした。お店の方の対応はとても良い感じなので、次回お邪魔する時には同じような事がなければと期待したい・・・。
