つくばエクスプレスの守谷駅からすぐの所にある『モッツバー高の家 守谷店』を訪問しました。
モツ推しの居酒屋です。
本当は二郎＠守谷店行こうと思っていたのですが、飲みに行こうという事になり、事前情報なしでの訪問となりました。
店内は結構オシャレな落ち着いた空間。
まずがビールで乾杯です。
●スーパードライ
小さいグラスで出てきました。
これが・・・
あまり冷たくない(^^;)
正直最悪です・・・
●丸ごとキャベツ
ネーミング通り、そのまんまキャベツでした(笑)
味噌ダレが甘め。
途中で気がついたのですが、このキャベツはみため丸ごとですが、実際は丸ごとではなく丸ごとっぽく見せている感じですね。ふんわり包みなおしているのかな？
残りは鍋用のきゃべつにでもしているのかもしれません。
●馬刺し
甘くない普通の醤油、生姜のみ付属です。
お洒落なバーをうたっているからか、ニンニクは無しでした。
赤身部分はしっとりで旨いですね。
たてがみは脂がジュワッとしてこれまたいいね。
●ホタルイカの醤油漬け
味付けは甘め、味濃いめ。
これは正直普通でした(^^;)
メインは焼肉もありましたが、迷わずモツ鍋を選択しました(*^^)v
●博多牛もつ鍋¥2000
これが予想以上にモツが旨い(*^^)v
脂たっぷりでスープにも良いダシがでます。
出汁というか味付けがとっても控えめで、余計にモツのうまみが主張されますね。
付属のニンニク、鷹の爪とも不思議と風味というかパンチ力がありません。
でもこれくらいの風味だからこそ、味付けが薄い点もあっています。
結構旨くて、追加モツをがっつり注文させて頂きました(*^^)v
飲み物は焼酎にチェンジ。
焼酎がとっても豊富です。
●やきいも黒瀬
これ初めて飲みました。
やきいもですね(笑)
とっても香ばしくかなり旨い(*^^)v
他にも数種類焼酎を飲みました。
モツ鍋の〆は雑炊とも迷いましたが麺で(*^^)v
●ちゃんぽん麺
これが失敗・・・(^^;)
スーパーで売っていう生ラーメンですかね・・・
これちゃんぽんでは無い気がします。
これゃダメだ・・・(^^;)
全体的には、牛モツ鍋はかなりおススメできます。
焼酎もかなり種類が多くとっても気に入りました。
でも出だしのビールのぬるさや肉以外は正直イマイチかなと。
トータル評価は★3.0でしょうか。
でもモツ鍋は旨いです(*^^)v
ごちそうさまでした。
