TX守谷駅土塔駅から歩いて1-2分のところにあるホルモン焼きのお店です。
先日、奥さんと一緒に夕食で伺いました。
以前にデイズタウンのつくば店に何度か訪れたことがあるのですが、守谷店は初めてです。
お店に入って左側には長いカウンター、右側にテーブル席がいくつか、外にはオープンテラスのテーブルが1つ。
黒を基調としたおしゃれな内装。
店員さんは皆若く、週末の夜はいつもお客さんで賑わっている様子。
私たちはカウンター席の端に座り、まずは守谷ビアハイボールとウーロン茶を注文。
全店共通メニューの他、守谷店限定メニューがいくつか。
おつまみに、ポテトサラダと赤鶏のたたきを頂きます。
赤鶏のたたきは、鶏の旨みと適度な歯応えもあり、ワサビ醤油と良く合います。
ポテトサラダはそこそこボリュームがあります。
メインは、そろそろ寒くなってきたので、もつ鍋を頂くことに。
「金の鍋(定番、博多風もつ鍋) 」を選択。
もつの旨みがたっぷりスープに染み出て、野菜が美味しい。
野菜をおかわりし、最後にチャンポン麺で締めました。
身体も温まり、満足です。
なお最近、ランチ（仙台牛タン定食 \1,000）を始めたようです。
ご飯大盛り無料で、お替り\100。
牛タン1.5倍で\1,300、2倍で\1,500。
牛タンが柔らかくてとても美味く、お薦めです。
