I had been interested in this store for a while, but I decided to visit it this time. Since it was a holiday, all seats were reserved. I'm glad I made a reservation. The interior looks like a stylish bar. Don Pisha is the name of the restaurant, Mot's Bar. The restaurant has about 5 table seats and 8 counter seats. There were 3 female clerks. The menu mainly includes beef offal, pork, chicken, Seafood, and offal hotpot. I mainly had beef offal. What is unique about this restaurant is that instead of eating it with sauce, the offal is seasoned and eaten as is, and the skirt steak is eaten with ginger and soy sauce, which is a bit particular about how it is eaten. There is a wide variety of shochu available, and I was impressed to see how carefully the draft beer is poured.
