Kyushu Yatai Kyutaro Miraidaira is Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) located in Yokodai 1-chome, Tsukubamirai City, Ibaraki Prefecture. The nearest station is Miraidaira Station on the Tsukuba Express Line. On this day, I was working near Miraidaira and got home late, so I thought I'd eat somewhere near Miraidaira Station and then go home.As I was walking around Miraidaira Station, I found "Kyushu Yatai Kyutaro Miraidaira Branch". Ta. The name of the shop ``Kyushu Yatai Kyutaro'' reminded me of going into a shop with the name ``Kyuutaro'' near Tsuchiura Station. Even with the same "Kyutaro", restaurant in Miraidaira is "Kyushu Yatai" and restaurant in Tsuchiura is technically a little different from Kyushu Yokocho, but since the store name is "Kyutaro" and ~ store, it is probably the same chain. . First, I ordered oolong tea, chicken skin ponzu sauce, Oita's specialty chicken tempura, and stewed beef tendon. I ordered oolong tea and the appetizer that came out was mentaiko, so when I told the staff that I didn't really like it, they changed it to boiled quail egg and mustard greens. I don't like mustard greens, so I didn't touch it, but the quail eggs had a lot of flavor, so they weren't bad. The chicken skin ponzu sauce tasted better than the chicken skin ponzu sauce I had previously at "Kyushu Yokocho Kyutaro Tsuchiura branch", so I ordered another serving and the chicken skin ponzu that came next tasted much better than the first one I ordered. It was a pity that it had fallen. Oita's specialty chicken tempura was fried crisply and wasn't bad, but I felt that they could have added a little more depth to the flavor, improved the batter, or added tempura sauce instead of just salt. Ta. The stewed beef tendon is full of collagen, and personally I don't like it when there's too much collagen in it, but I think the seasoning was good.
