It's located in Moriya, Ibaraki Prefecture. Inside, there are partitions between the seats, so it's almost a private room. It seems like there aren't many people during weekday lunch hours, but it's rare in this area where many restaurants don't serve lunch. Cow tongue minced cutlet set meal 1,080 yen (tax included) Cow tongue minced cutlet is covered in a slightly hard batter and is delicious with a moderate softness inside. The texture gets softer as you get closer to the center. The portion is moderate. It looks small compared to the menu, and I'd like to eat a little more, so maybe I'm being selfish (lol). The oxtail soup has a slightly strong saltiness, which is just right as a palate cleanser. It also comes with a little pickled vegetables and barley rice. Thank you for the meal.
