守谷駅近く、清六家守谷駅前店のあるビルの2階に、5月20日にオープンしたワッフル専門店です。
休日のカフェタイムに息子と2人で訪問してみました。
コチラは駐車場がないので、お店のあるビル前にあるコインパーキングに停めるのが楽です。
お目当てのワッフルはカウンターのショーケースにありました。
ワッフルはスイーツ系が主ですが、中には軽食系のワッフルでポテサラクロッフルというのもありました。
ちょっと気になりましたが、既に食事済だったのでスイーツ系のワッフルからいちごとザラメをチョイスしました。
どちらもしっかりした食感のワッフルで、生地自体はそんなに気になるような甘さではありません。
どちらかというと軽やか系。
掛かっているイチゴのチョコも強烈な甘さではなく、イチゴの爽やかさが感じらる味わい。
ザラメもザラメの思ったより甘みが強い訳ではなく、その食感を残しつつ後味に甘くどさを感じない味わい。
思っていたより、重たくない味わいで良かったです。
テイクアウトもできるので、おうちでワッフルも良いですね。
