牛久に目黒のとんきの暖簾分の店があり、以前寄りましたが満席で諦めた事がありました。本日夕刻に訪れてみましたが、すぐに席を確保できヒレカツ定食を試してきました。目黒では豚汁やご飯はセットになっていますがこちらはとんかつは単品でご飯と豚汁はオーダー制です。ヒレカツの衣は目黒のそれを彷彿されていました。少し硬めに揚げられた衣でした。ただ包丁が縦に入りますが横にも入っている目黒のものとは違いこちらは横には包丁が入っていません。豚肉も目黒とは違うものを翔しているようで硬さもあります。豚汁は豆腐が入ったものでおかわりは110円かかる仕組みです。ご飯も同様におかわりは110円です。豚汁は豆腐よりこんにゃくや牛蒡、人参などのポピュラーなものが良いと感じました。キャベツはてんこ盛りでこちらは一回おかわりが無料になっていました。この点は評価できます。目黒のとんきにまた行きたいと強く思いました。
