佐貫～牛久間の6号国道沿いにうなぎを扱うお店が多数点在する、通称「うなぎ街道」の中のひとつで、ここぞという際の会社の接待ではよく利用させてもらっています。昼も夜も。
接待の中でも、ここのうなぎは自信を持って勧められる安心感があります。店構えからして高級っぽい雰囲気があるし、窓際の席からは牛久沼の眺めもいいです。そして従業員の方たちの対応も、申し分がなく助けられています。接待相手に必ず喜んでいただけています。
肝心のうなぎも申し分なく、とにかく肉厚なのですよ。で、とにかく柔らかい。ジューシーでホクホク。それと、タレも独自のものなんでしょうね。お重の場合は、ご飯にほどよく染みてペロっと食べてしまいます。
ちなみに、うな重は（雪 2310円 ）（花 3150円）（特重 4200円）
そして、ここのいい所はうなぎだけではなく、一品料理も美味しく楽しめます。（お肉類のせいろ蒸しなどもあります）
ただし、ひとつひとつの料理は次に出てくるまで結構時間がかかるように思います。まぁ、それでこそ 割烹なのでしょうけど…。
うなぎ街道はうな丼発祥の地と言われていますので、一度は食べる価値があると思います。
…もうちょっと安くてもいいかな？とは思いますが。
