街道沿いに・・・数軒の鰻屋が並んでいる中・・・
創業は昭和37年の鰻屋・・・「山水閣」で
食事をすることにしました・・・

【鰻とろろ丼 】・・・
素材が今一だなあ・・・
だって・・・これ・・・
中国産・・・アンギラ・アンギラじゃ？？？？・・・
肉味が少なく無駄に脂が多いっす・・・必要以上の・・・脂を纏った鰻・・・
そりゃ・・・今では・・・牛久沼には鰻は居ないでしょう・・・
其処は分かります・・・でも・・・天然じゃ無くても・・・
養殖でも・・・せめて・・・国内種は使って頂きたいなあ・・・
坂東太郎なんかはどうでしょう？・・・
とろろは・・・あっさりしていて・・・粘り気が無い・・・
大和芋や自然薯でなく・・・長芋だから？・・・
其れとも出汁で緩め過ぎ？・・・どちらでしょう？？？・・・
丼内の・・・飯も・・・麦飯では無く・・・白飯でした・・・
別に麦飯に拘るわけでは無いんですがね・・・あっさりしていて拍子抜け・・・

発祥の地を謳う牛久沼で食べる鰻って・・・
こんなものなのかなあ？？？・・・ご時世柄・・・(笑)

苦味と甘味とこの個性・・・
下魚でしょうが・・・好きな物はやっぱり美味い・・・

良いお昼だったのか・・・そうでないのか・・・
