Tomorrow I will move to Saitama Prefecture. Where should we go for our last lunch in Ryugasaki? That's it. Let's go to Sansuikaku. When you think of Ryugasaki, you think of eel. Finally, reward yourself. Sunday at 11am. There are already 2 customers. There was a sign at the entrance that said reservations only, so I told them I didn't have a reservation, but there was no problem. A lady in a kimono takes me to a seat with a view of Ushikunuma. Order Unaju (medium) for 3,580 yen (tax included). I think average is the best balance of eel and rice. I thought I would have to wait about 30 minutes, but it was ready in about 15 minutes. The average size is 3/4 of an eel. The eel is plump and soft and very delicious. The eel is from Aichi. I don't mind the bones, and there's no smell. The sauce is light and thin. Mildly sweet and easy to eat. Since the rice is small, I finished it in no time. The pickles are pressed vegetables and daikon radish. It seems that pressed greens are rare in Japanese Cuisine. To pay, use the call button to call your sister to the table. I'm glad I finally got to eat eel at Ryugasaki. Thank you for the meal. Goodbye Ryugasaki. m(_ _)m
