初訪問だったのでオーソドックスな赤味噌ラーメン(750)をオーダー。赤味噌は北海道の「紅一点」という味噌と仙台の赤味噌のブレンドです。縮れ麺の懐かしい味のラーメンですね。ノーマルなラーメンだと具材が異常に少ないのがやや残念。
昔の味噌ラーメンってこんなんだったと思います。これ以上でもこれ以下でもない味噌ラーメンでした。
