夜は居酒屋にもなり、お酒は勿論、毎日ホテル内で手打ちしている蕎麦で〆る事も出来ます

店内けっこうお客さんが入っていますが、10分位での配膳、なかなか手際がいいですね
まずは、毎日ホテル内で手打ちしているという蕎麦から
海苔ぶっかけですが、おろしと温泉卵も入っていてなかなか豪華
蕎麦はしっかりした細打ちで喉越しよく、こしもあり美味しい
国内産のそば粉で6割蕎麦、6割って聞き慣れない方もいるでしょうが
「せいろ」をしみじみ手繰る訳ではありませんから問題ないですよ
程よい大きさの自家製ハンバーグ
大根おろしもたっぷりで、これもなかなかの味わい、程よい肉感と柔らかさで、白いご飯がすすみます
ハンバーグの横にはフライとタルタルソース
食べてみると、ホタテのフライでした
これはメニューボーイにはなかった嬉しいサプライズですね
お蕎麦の量もたっぷり、自家製ハンバーグに小鉢、ご飯

Today's daily specials include grilled herring with salt and koji, grated nameko, chikuwa tempura, boiled new potato meatballs, seiro soba, and rice. There's a wide variety of items and it's a great deal! This is probably because there are many customers who order daily specials.The food was served quickly.Oh, there were so many herring! This is impressive. This is a great set meal on its own, but I was surprised to see that it also came with not only a side dish, but also seiro soba noodles. I'm happy, but this is way too much (lol) However, since I ordered it, I'll eat it. While eating it, I simmered the new potatoes in meatballs, and the simmered meatballs are the size of Hamburg!
