以前に行った2軒の茨城の鰻屋さんの蒲焼がなかなか味が濃すぎて喉がカラカラになったので、ネット検索し、茨城鰻のリベンジで参りました。
結論から申し上げると、大変満足しました。
茨城で久々に美味しい鰻を食べれて満足しました。
注文が入ってから調理するそうで、少し時間がかかりますが、こちらのお店の鰻は待つ甲斐があります。
待つ間に、鰻ざく、肝焼きをいただき、ビールを飲みながら鰻の到着を待ちます。この待ち時間は以外と好きですが、ハズレると泣けてきます。
20分から30分ぐらいで白焼、次に蒲焼が出来上がり運ばれてきました。
蒲焼は、身はふっくら、外ば丁度よい焼き加減、タレは薄過ぎず、濃過ぎず。甘すぎずあっさり醤油ベースで私好みでした。
白焼も頂きましたがこちらも美味でした。わさび醤油で食べる白焼きにははやり日本酒が合います。
昼からビールに続き、日本酒も頂いちゃいました。
また来店したいお店でした。
