牛久の『たんぽぽ』さんで、もんじゃ焼きと、お好み焼き。ここ来たの10年ぶりぐらいかなぁ。相変わらずの人気店ですね。
粉がちょっと多いのか、すぐに固まるのがこの店の特徴。土手も作り易いし、流れ無いので焼き易い。でも食べ難い（笑）
お好み焼きはかなりの具沢山。じっくり焼いた方が良いけど、焼き過ぎ注意（笑）
ほとんどのメニューが390円。安いよね〜。ちなみに昔、お好み焼き屋さんでバイトしてたので、鉄板焼き上手いんですよ（笑）
ちなみに酒は、ビール、ハイボール、ホッピー、男梅サワーを数杯づつ（笑）
