位置は地図参照。
県道２０８号線から農道で少し入ったところに位置し、駐車場は店舗前に４台分。車でのアクセスはイマイチです。
蕎麦は、もり、田舎、白雪、変わりの４種。もりと田舎をいただきました。
１ もり(二八)
明灰色な中太の蕎麦は、茶の細かな星が微かに見えます。
冷やし、水切りともに良好で、コシも適度。
切りムラ・端切れは許容範囲内ですが、縮れが見られ喉越しは今一つ。
風味は最高です。
深く濃い甘味と、芳しい香りを堪能できます。
量はなかなか。
２ 田舎(十割)
星が目立たない程の暗灰色で極太。そして強靭なコシ。
喉越し論外な田舎蕎麦の典型で、わしわしと噛みしめます。
食感も風味も荒々しい逸品。
※ つゆ
やや濃いめの甘口。出汁が効いておりバランス良くまとまっています。
もりにフィットし、田舎には役不足といった感じ。
