取手市高須にあるやまひら禅味そばさんで、土日限定試食セット 1,000円を食しました。
店舗は、旧藤代町の龍ヶ崎に近い農村地帯の一角にひそやかに佇んでます。「禅味会 やまひら」の暖簾がかかっており、物珍しさ充分ワクワク入場。２時ちょっと前の訪問だったためか、高齢の店主ご夫妻が入口のテーブルにてお食事中、立派な座卓が鎮座する左手の座敷に通される。こちらは、本日お昼に食べログをサーフィン♀️し発見したお店、休日のドライブを兼ねてチャレンジ&トライ。写真の５種盛りを注文、田舎そば、白雪と茶そばの御前そば、二八そばの４種のまさに蕎麦三昧群と何故かざるうどんまで付くお試しセット、いやはや結構なボリウムでした。つくづく、限定やお試しなる言葉に弱いのを実感してしまいますが、本日の限定くん、辛めのつゆにすっきりと素直に美味しく、風味もそれぞれに豊か、笊上の彩りもよく、雅びな雰囲気に浸れたランチでした。体重も増えましたし、ご馳走様でした。
