牛久市神谷にある「鮨・旬の味 弥七」さんにお出かけしました。
広いウッドデッキと、大きな窓で開放感たっぷりです。
10年来の再訪。
学生だった私をバイト先の社長が連れてってくれたのです。
こういった「回らないおすし屋さん」に入ったことがなかった私は
ロックグラスに入っていた丸い氷にその気遣いというか演出を感じ
いたく感動したのを今でも鮮明に覚えています。
その気遣いは今も変わらず
堀こたつ式テーブルとカウンターの足元にはヒーターが用意されていました。
ランチは1260円からのメニュー展開。
数年前に忙しすぎて夜の仕込みが間に合わない理由から
ランチを中止していたんだそうです。それを去年再開したとか。
私のオーダーは「まかない丼」
写真はセットのサラダです。梅ドレッシングが爽やかでした。
茶碗蒸しは、丁寧な出汁を感じる味で具沢山。
そして、メインの「まかない丼」
マグロ、イカ、サーモン、いくら、しめさば、貝類など豊富な種類を
バラちらしなので食べやすく頂きました。
最近では、１軒１軒家まで送迎してくれる
「ぐるっと完全送迎」というのを始めたとのことなので、
次回は夜の女子会に使わせていただこうと思います。
こうして、私の「ミートテック」は1枚、2枚…。
まぁ、それはまた別のお話…。
