最近、とある理由で牛久出没率の高いワタクシ。
この日も牛久に用事で来た帰り道、ちょうど晩御飯時だったので、コチラに立ち寄りました。
コチラは夜もセットメニューがあって、家族連れにはありがたいです。
なので、注文したのはにぎりのほかに天ぷらや海老の塩焼き、小鍋のつく贅沢にぎりセットと天ぷら＆焼き魚がつく魚勝セットを注文しました。
魚勝セットのにぎりは鉄火巻、中トロ、・赤身、鯛、いくら、煮アナゴ、海老、サーモン、玉子。
贅沢にぎりはこれに赤貝、子持ち昆布、ウニなどが加わります。
にぎりのネタは鮮度が良し、特にマグロ独特のねっとりとした口当たりが何とも言えません。
海老なんかも、海老もモチモチした食感がネタの良さを感じます。
安いお寿司だとネタが水っぽくて、その味が薄かったり感じますが、コチラはなかなかの良いネタを使用されています。
天ぷらも大き目の海老とナス、揚げたててでカラッとしていてます。
抹茶塩で頂く揚げたて天ぷら、熱々をその場で頂ける贅沢感はたまらないですね。
近くには大手のお寿司屋さんが多数ありますが、こんなお寿司屋さんを応援したくなります。
