当店は茨城県龍ヶ崎市上町に昭和２４年に開業いたしました。 その後、昭和４１年に龍ヶ崎市砂町に新店舗を開設、平成９年に店舗を統合し現在の高橋肉店となりました、創業６０年の食肉専門店です。 食肉を扱うプロとして品質を吟味し、良い品揃えと魅力ある味にこだわり続け、専門店として自信と誇りを持ち日々努力し、納得のいく製品をお客様に提供します。 |
２０１４年ヤフージャパンが行った「ご当地メシグランプリ」でチャンピオンに輝いたコロッケを販売する肉屋です。
最近「肉屋」って減った気がします。
牛肉、豚肉、鶏肉の様々な部位の生肉をショールームで販売する光景や店の奥のフライヤーでコロッケやメンチを揚げる音と香り
僕の中のノスタルジックな「肉屋」の姿です。
ショッピングモールやデパ地下の精肉や惣菜コーナーのレベルが上がったせいか昔ながらの肉屋が減ったような気がします。
茨城県龍ヶ崎市の商店街は意外にシャッターを閉めているお店が少ないです。
地元の人から支持を得ているのだと思います。
今回は地元メシランキング日本一になったおコメのクリームコロッケを買い、実家の家族といただくことにしました。
収穫量日本一の茨城県のレンコンを使用したクリームコロッケは、濃厚でクリーミーな味わいとレンコンのシャキシャキした食感が絶品でした。
実家の家族も非常に美味しいと評価をしていました。
