創業６０年の食肉専門店。牛は常陸牛、豚は瑞穂のいも豚、鶏は錦爽どりを取り扱っております。
当店は茨城県龍ヶ崎市上町に昭和２４年に開業いたしました。 その後、昭和４１年に龍ヶ崎市砂町に新店舗を開設、平成９年に店舗を統合し現在の高橋肉店となりました、創業６０年の食肉専門店です。 食肉を扱うプロとして品質を吟味し、良い品揃えと魅力ある味にこだわり続け、専門店として自信と誇りを持ち日々努力し、納得のいく製品をお客様に提供します。 |
美味しいクリームコロッケが食べたい！と主人と話していて、龍ヶ崎コロッケグランプリなるものがあったと、野菜の買い物中に教えてもらっていた事を思いだし、こちらに来訪してみました。
土曜日の夕方４時すぎ、店内には先客２組。どちらもお肉を購入していたので、地元の方かしら？
その後に続いて注文。「米粉のクリームコロッケ、揚げていないのを持ち帰りで１０個」と……。
店員さんから「冷凍ですから、揚げ方の説明書も入れておきますね。うちのクリームコロッケ、重たいから揚げて上がってこないから」との事でした。
それを待っている間に、目の前にあった焼売にも心を奪われ「焼売も１０個下さい」と追加注文。
お肉ずっしり焼売（¥60）は美味しく、クリームコロッケ(¥250)もトロッとして美味しいかった♪
