当店は茨城県龍ヶ崎市上町に昭和２４年に開業いたしました。 その後、昭和４１年に龍ヶ崎市砂町に新店舗を開設、平成９年に店舗を統合し現在の高橋肉店となりました、創業６０年の食肉専門店です。 食肉を扱うプロとして品質を吟味し、良い品揃えと魅力ある味にこだわり続け、専門店として自信と誇りを持ち日々努力し、納得のいく製品をお客様に提供します。 |

茨城食べ歩き
常陸牛のコロッケが食べれる精肉店を見つけたので行ってみることに。
店内はどこにでもあるような、ショーケースのみの店内。
その壁面には、このお店と深い関わりがあるのか芸能人の鈴木奈々さんや三浦春馬さん、その他様々なサインや写真がありました。
想像よりも色々な種類のコロッケがあって、どれも食べたくなる衝動に^^
ただこの後もあるので我慢。

・ばぁちゃんコロッケ
常陸牛コロッケは、ミンチされてない肉で食べ応えあっておいしかったし、ばぁちゃんのほうは素朴ながらやさしい甘みがグッド！
近所にあると通うお店ですね。たくさんメニューあるし。
そして、意図してるかは別としてコロッケ包装紙に"店名" "メニュー名" がプリントしてるのはとても今の時流に乗っていてよいですね！
