Affordable, safe, and delicious.
We use carefully selected ingredients and have established a thorough quality and safety management system. Our lineup includes the classic beef bowl and curry, various Yakiniku (Grilled meat) set mea |
I only go to the countryside. In many towns, Sukiya is the only Gyudon (Beef bowl) chain that has a store there. (I'm grateful that there is one at all) I think it's because of the difference in the business areas of the three major companies, including Yoshinoya and Matsuya, so it can't be helped. Matsuya in particular is only in the city. Because of that, I can't go there often, and this was my first time going to the Yamagata Ekimae store five years ago. I've actually been a Matsuya fan since I first tried their "Karegyu" over 20 years ago^^; It was 8:40 AM, and I thought about getting a breakfast set, but I decided to go for the basic beef bowl. Oh, the layout of the store has changed - you don't hand over a meal ticket, you go and pick it up when your number is called. Yoshinoya and Sukiya even serve the food, but this system puts less of a burden on the employees, and it might be easier to operate even with one person. And speaking of Matsuya, it's miso soup. Oh, I thought the free service was gone. Apparently, the current target is only 11 Matsuya restaurant in Hokkaido, the trial free miso soup has ended, and there is no clear outlook for the future. Why only Hokkaido? But let's be grateful and enjoy the free service. Gyudon (Beef bowl) has a stable taste, better than Sukiya's Gyudon (Beef bowl), and if it comes with miso soup, I would definitely choose Matsuya. Also, Yoshinoya is a little expensive in terms of price, so Matsuya is still good. The only thing is that the ticket machine at the entrance is a little difficult to use...I tried several times to pay with D, but it didn't work and I had to put in cash^^; Thank you for the meal.
