旨いモツ煮が食べたくて入店。
６号線にあるとん平食堂。
近くに山岡家の1号店もある。
平日の11時40分、先客4名、同時入店1人。
注文は辛口ホルモン麺700円、モツ煮小200円、
ライス200円。
モツ煮とライスは直ぐに配膳。
トロトロのモツ、具は刻みネギ。
これは旨い！
臭みも無くこれだけ柔らかいモツは初めて。
ライスは量が多いね。米の味はイマイチ。
その後辛口ホルモン麺着丼。
激辛では無く食べ易い辛さ。
麺は細麺ストレート。
硬めに茹でられた麺は腰も有り旨い。
煮卵は半熟。
具はネギ、ニラ、背脂など。
中々独特なラーメンです。
量も結構あります。
モツ煮と辛口ホルモンは当然テイクアウト！
家で食べても美味かったな！
