ロードサイドに見つけたなんとも年季の入ったお店。
食べログで調べてみたら皆様の口コミがあまりにお上手で興味をそそったので食事もまだだった事もあり迷わず入店。
通しでやっててくれるのも嬉しいポイントですね。
頼んだのは二人で、
「純レバー」「ハラミステーキ」「モツ煮定食(並)」
「純レバー」は一口食べて思わず
「なにこれうまあーー!!」と二人同時に声がでてしまいました。以前食べた「ここのつ」のレバーはふわふわ食感だったけど、こちらのはザクザク食感だとでも言いましょうか。非常に歯切れが良いです。臭みもゼロ。旨味は百。次来たらレバー系2品行くの各停しました。
「ハラミステーキ」はレバーほどやわらかくはないですが、そんじょそこらのはらみよりよっぽど柔らかく、玉ねぎと合わせて食べると最高です。
「モツ煮」もよく煮込まれていて噛みきれないとか一切ありませんでした。味も美味しい味噌味でした。
