10年近く前に取引先の方に教えていただことをきっかけに茨城県南に出張のたびに恋しくなって食べに行っています。
接客について書かれているのも見かけましたが、ここは求めず気にせず、美味いものを神コスパで食べて大満足で帰れるところだと思っています。
※後日、松戸の「とんこつ貴生」の社長が手掛けていると知って、なるほどと納得しました。
いろいろ食べてみましたが、ホルモン系に関しては、全てが美味くて安くてボリュームもあります。
※とんかつは頼んだお客さんが「30分以上かかる」と言われているのを見てからいまだに頼む勇気がありません(笑)
家の近所でこういう店が欲しいと切実に思える個人的名店です。
