牛久市にある『麺匠ことぶき』さんにお邪魔しました♪
公共交通機関ではかなり難易度が高そうです。
夜遅めだったこともあり店内は少し空き気味でした^_^

麺:中太、ちぢれ
かなり具沢山、台湾まぜそばの基本的な具は入っていました。まぜてから気付きましたが、かなり汁が多め（水っぽいということではなく）で、辛味は無く、少しピリ辛感は欲しかったですね。（別料金で辛みマシは可能）
モチモチした麺に濃厚な汁が絡んでとても良かったです♪
