休日13:30過ぎの到着。
3組待ちあり。先に食券購入して、ボードに名前書いて並びます。
5分ほどで着席、着席時に食券渡します。

台湾まぜそば追い飯付 950円

注文しました。
台湾まぜそばはニンニク入れるか聞かれるのでニンニク有りでお願いしました。
注文から10分弱で着丼。
具材はひき肉、卵黄、玉ねぎ、ニラ、海苔、ニンニク、魚粉です。
温かいうちに底から混ぜると、極太麺が出てきます。かなりモチモチしている手もみちぢれ麺で、ドロッとした粘度の高いタレによく絡むので、とても重量感があります。
タレは豆板醤の肉味噌ベースではあるのですが、スパイスのような香りの辛さも加わっています。特に辛さ調節していない台湾まぜそばとしては辛い方です。
肉味噌は、粗めのひき肉なので時折ゴロッとした塊が肉々しい食感を出しています。
麺量も絡みも十分ですが、かなり肉味噌などの具材が残るので追い飯必須です。小さい器で提供されますが100gほどあるので、残った具材と合わせると結構なボリュームになりました。
レビューさんの多くが食べている台湾まぜそばを選びましたが、鶏白湯系から清湯系まで、幅広いメニューをカバーしているので、ぜひ再訪したいお店でした。
